At DealerTrend/CarDealerPress we believe that dealers are best served by local marketing companies and vendors. Companies that can help dealerships stay on top of their web marketing presence every day. Services like analytic reviews, SEO content guidance, PPC, landing pages, citation site update, etc. etc. etc. All these services take time and an understanding of the dealership’s specific needs. Because of this belief we offer the following products to help you do what you do best.  All prices on this site are “wholesale” so that you can add your services to them. The idea is that you add your consulting fees to these so that the dealer gets the best of all worlds.

We will make every effort to keep this list current so that you know what tools and products are available to you. Please let us know if you need additional information so we can build on this list.

Vehicle Marketing System (VMS) CarDealerPress Plugin

The DealerTrend VMS is the foundation of the WordPress plugin. With a subscription to VMS you can create up to 3 sites per license and take advantage of all the features available in the plugin (some restrictions may apply).

Volume Pricing & Reseller Discounts

Of course as a reseller we want you to make money, and we get asked quite a bit if we can lower our prices for resellers. Please keep in mind that all of our pricing is very aggressive and designed for resellers and do it yourself dealers. That said we do have other products and services that that you can offer your dealers, e.g. Automall accounts for dealer groups or local portal sites like AutosInIowa. Also if you are using our inventory and plugin for microsites or low volume dealer sites we can discuss various discounts volume. As always, please let us know what we can do to help you serve your customers better and make more money.

Showcase

Showcase is a virtual showroom of inventory. Showcase can be setup to display any make and it’s associated models. New in our most resent release it the ability to add custom messages based on the number of matching vehicles that are in your actual inventory.

Websites

Since no two dealerships are created equal we have 3 different levels of websites. All of our websites are built on the powerful WordPress platform so even the starter level gives a dealer more access than they are currently used to.

The Starter website is built for smaller independent dealers from one of our current designs and can be customized for color, content and logo, NOT layout or additional plugins. Training and video support is provided via the CarDealerPress.com members area and is continually being updated. All other support is $85.00 per hour. New resellers receive personal training (free) to make sure you are comfortable with the system.

The starter package is also great for Franchise dealer blogs and salesperson individuals sites (not myPages). This a great “foot in the door” and since it has the inventory plugin built in, the next logical step is to add an inventory feed.

This level comes standard with:

[/tab] [tab]The pricing at this level can vary based on dealer needs from $399.00 per month, and set ups starting at $500.00. Both the monthly and setup fee will be determined based on the level of customization.
This includes all monthly support, hosting and maintenance of the website. The dealer can also add custom functionality at any time, including WordPress plugins.

[tab]The Dealer Owned level is unique in the automotive industry in that the dealer can literally own there website(s). We can build a custom WordPress website and then place that website on the hosting of your choice. Since WordPress is open source software, it is free for the dealer to use however they want.  [/tab]

A Group sites by definition is a site that is built for a dealer group. This could include two dealerships (rooftops) all the way up to as many dealerships as are included in the group. Pricing on group sites will vary based on the number of dealers, whether or not the individual dealerships within the group are building site(s) with our inventory plugin, etc. The objective with everything we do is to make sure that there is an “upside” for all parties involved. The dealers and or groups need to get results, as a reseller you need to make money and have a strong product for your client, and here at DealerTrend we would like to make a buck too :).

DealerTrend offers support at every level. Since there are no two situations that are the same please contact us to discuss your specific needs. To give you an idea of what we can offer here are a couple scenarios:

• Hourly support at $85 per hour (one hour minimum) for adding and updating content like logos, live chat, etc.
• Monthly service packages starting at $199 per month for up to 5 hours of support per month.

myPages

myPages is a product that we have been developing for over 2 years. It takes a dealer’s most valuable resource, the people, and gives them the tools they need to succeed. Wholesale pricing of myPages is $500.00 per month, per dealer and $20.00 per month per salesperson. Since there is constant training and support retail should be around $750.00 per month and $50.00 per month per salesperson. We also charge a one time setup fee of $750.00 and as a reseller you should add your initial training fee and any travel expenses to that amount.
